As a Field Service Engineer (Imaging Equipment) you will be accountable for the daily service repair needs of designated Imaging equipment, to include multiple modalities of the customers’ equipment & driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.
Working closely with Client Service Engineers & Online Engineers, to help expedite the resolution of service issues and ensures high-quality service is delivered to customers.
The Field Service Engineer (Imaging Equipment) is responsible for:
Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on imaging equipment
Service as a second level escalation point for service issues for designated modalities as needed
Maintaining daily communication with Client Service Engineer, and customers directly to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
Providing remote and on-site technical support to CSEs and Customers
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner, ordering repair parts and managing cycle times
May include training of clinical staff on designated equipment
This position involves working around radiation, machines, electrical machinery, chemicals, unprotected heights and operation of motor vehicles
Leading Installation activities within assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications Include:

2+ Years of experience servicing multi-vendor equipment
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
