Job Description
- Collects data from different physical and online data sources
- Maintains quality of service by following organization’s standards
- Conducts outbound telemarketing campaigns over the phone to explain company’s products and services
- Conduct phone surveys and interviews
- Can achieve monthly target assigned by direct manager
- Builds customer relationship/ rapport
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
- Answers customer inquiries and requests on social media platforms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 0-1 years of experience in Telemarketing
- Excellent research skills (online and offline)
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Previous CRM experience is a plus
- Familiarity with IT products is an advantage
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable with online portals.
