Job Description

  • Define the product Marketing plan and create product road map
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
  • Develops and execute various Marketing initiatives (Campaigns, promotions, online marketing Ideas and POSM  ...etc)
  • Develop pricing strategies and product policies
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future penetration by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Monitoring product performance to achieve customers’ satisfaction through effectively following up on their needs. 
  • Follow up and measure customer's satisfaction through ( digital marketing, call center, ushers )
  • Identify key competitor and consumer trends(through various surveys)
  • Build & Update minlo consumer's database
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts & budget and monitoring the marketing expenses versus budgets.
  • Provide the product commercial training to the Sales, Ushers and customer service team.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annually Sales & Marketing analytical reports.
  • Analyzes profitability reports and come up with results and conclusion.
  • Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.

Job Requirements

Education & Training Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in marketing or comparable is needed
  • Preferably Master and or any other further qualification in marketing / Product Management
  • Knowledge of marketing activities, tools and techniques is needed
  • Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English

 

Technical & Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Product  management experience is needed
  • Relevant experience in international, modern companies is needed
  • Former Experience/background in FMCG, consumer goods, SDAs or white goods is highly recommended
  • Knowledge of trade channels (Modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce) is highly recommended
