Job Description
- Responsible for welcoming and assisting on-site visitors.
- Handle filing, sending and receiving mails and faxes.
- Maintain recruitment database.
- Answer incoming calls and provides the caller with the needed information.
- Update interview-appointments calendar.
Job Requirements
- BA in any related field.
- Experience in call centers/ customer service is preferable.
- Very good knowledge and use of MS office.
- High interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of English.
