Job Description

  • Responsible for welcoming and assisting on-site visitors.
  • Handle filing, sending and receiving mails and faxes.
  • Maintain recruitment database.
  • Answer incoming calls and provides the caller with the needed information.
  • Update interview-appointments calendar.

Job Requirements

  • BA in any related field.
  • Experience in call centers/ customer service is preferable.
  • Very good knowledge and use of MS office.
  • High interpersonal skills.
  • Very good command of English.
