Job Description

  • Handling Recruitment process (screening, filtering and conducting interviews)
  • Helping with routine filing as requested, maintaining and updating files and re-structuring filing system.
  • Following up on Employee's Appraisal Dates and Performance in Alignment with the direct manager
  • Arranging outings for the Employees
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Responsible in coordinating and communicate work , Supervise and extract output from various department employees in the organization.
  • Managing and maintaining documents filing for staff, and other administrative related documents
  • Providing secretarial services to the other departments. Maintain office supplies.
  • Following up with Finance Department by issuing Purchase orders for administration supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Very good in translating from Arabic to English
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills.
  • High follow up and organizational skills.
