Job Description
- Review and approve Siebel & Infosys Test Strategy for implementing structured testing processes through testing tools and techniques and define test objectives & test policies
- Prepare Test Plan for CRM & Infosys and surround applications outlining the tasks, dependencies, resource requirement, test schedule and define test entry and exit criteria
- Supervise and review test case preparation for proper requirements coverage and identify areas of test automation
- Drive the overall Execution of Integration testing across Multiple partners
- Ensure completion of all pre-requisites for each testing phase along with test environment set-up, test data availability and configuration management
- Review the test quality metrics on a periodic basis and drive towards improvement
- Work closely with business functions to obtain sign-off for testing phase
- Prepare the test report for management with respect to testing activities like testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.”
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Engineering or equivalent .
- Will also consider 5 years of progressive experience in Banking
- At least 4 year experience with IT
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing life cycle.
Preferred:
- Ability to work in team environment with diverse/multiple stakeholders.
