Job Description
PHP Web Developer
- Responsible for developing and maintaining websites and participating in the entire website lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy efficient, testable and reusable PHP applications and modules according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing applications and databases
- Building the backed DB design and APIs
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write technical documents for projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field, preferably computer science or engineering.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Implement front-end web changes primarily in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, DOM, JSON
- Strong knowledge with PHP, MySQL, Javascript, JQuery (AngluarJS is a plus).
- Knowledge of PHP based opensource CMS (Drupal/ Wordpress/ Joomla) software platforms.
- Translate visual design mockups or image files (e.g., Photoshop) into appropriate web page images, HTML, CSS and JavaScript elements where appropriate
- Knowledge of e-commerce based platforms like opencart, magento, shopify ..etc, is a must.
- Perform quality assurance on applications / websites; ensure compatibility across devices, platforms and browsers
- Develop and improve mobile, responsive designs
- Excellent knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented concept.
- Good Knowledge of Git control system and SVN.
