Job Description
- Provide input to the Sr. Business Analyst in the creation of project plans, estimates and schedules.
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of Impact Analysis needed for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Adhere to the project’s time line and keep the Project Manager apprised of status, issues and progress (provide daily EOD and attend project status and team meetings).
- Work with technical areas and Developers to interpret Business Requirements and schedule walk-throughs as needed.
- Work with the client business Team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Schedule and facilitate meetings as needed with the client business team, Developers and Testers to walk through requirements, test cases and results (prepare meeting agenda and recap).
- Creation of the System Requirements Document – SRD. This includes documenting detailed system specifications for the development team(s).
- Communication (verbal and written) technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Analyzing clients' existing processes/systems
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Presenting proposals to clients.
- Documenting system requirements to include all information needed by the developers by translating client requirements into detailed system/IT requirements.
- Conducting system requirement walkthroughs.
