Job Description

A Gold Certified Microsoft Dynamics Partner considered as the most experienced Microsoft partner in the field of Enterprise Resources Planning  (ERP) and Customer Relation Management (CRM) in the region is hiring.

Job Summary:

The CRM Application Consultant will provide consulting, out of the box implementation, training, installation and support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a member of our consulting team you will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the tasks required for a successful CRM implementation. The consultant will work in a team environment with responsibility for the on-time, on budget delivery of multiple customer projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and understand client functional requirements
  • Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions, and demos when appropriate and requested
  • Configure the application to meet a client’s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
  • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
  • Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
  • Provide support to existing CRM clients
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the CRM series and hold certifications, or plan on obtaining certifications on certain time frames, in the most current versions

Job Requirements

  •  3 -5 years of experience
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in MS Dynamics CRM
