Job Description
- Managing and monitoring the entire departments’ functions
- Implement and evaluate maintenance annual plan for all machines and its Applications and ensure its implementation for a continuous and smooth plant Operations.
- Performing all the required technical Engineering studies for the new Project
- Preparing the annual maintenance budget.
- Design and supervising all the required Predictive and protective maintenance Plans
- Ensuring the availability of all spare parts required for machines with the needed Specifications and criteria.
- Approving machines’ records and endorsing all the maintenance and repair Activities and the released spare parts.
- Managing the Engineering Maintenance staff
- Managing the training procedures for the staff
- Enforcing safety program for maintenance department
- Direct Maintenance department in cost-effective manner
- Manage spare parts stores
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience
- Excellent skills in negotiation.
- English language proficiency.
