Job Description
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets.
- plan work schedules and timetables build effective business relationships with Hypermarkets for new business Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
- Distribute samples & information of product to Hypermarkets.
- Organize and execute sales presentations Take sales orders from customers Keeping current with clinical data and presenting this data to health care professionals keeping informed about the activities of pharmacies in a specific area keeping current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity establish.
Job Requirements
- Hypermarkets Experience is a must & strong relation with key persons in Hypermarkets.
- BS Degree.
- Very good in Ms office ( Word, Excel, Power Point ).
- Cairo & Giza Residents.
- Leadership Skills & Time Management.
