Job Description
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- 1-3 years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JSF).
- Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Experience in the Spring MVC.
- Excellent knowledge of Jquery & Javascript.
- Knowledge of Tomcat, JBoss servers.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, MySQL and ORM technologies (Ibatis, Hibernate).
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
- Good knowledge of Ubuntu OS.
- Experience working with SVN.
