Job Description
- Your job is helping management in all sections of the business including Human resource , purchases , planning , sales and marketing and finance.
- Organize and maintain the workers file
- Organize and maintain the legal files
- You are centipede that is willing to enter into all sectors in full
- You need to prepare excel sheets , write word documents as well as mail communication
- You will need to call and follow up with travel agencies and try to increase sales for 2 hotels
Job Requirements
- You are an independent and well organized person , with good computer usage ability , good communication skills , fast learner and multi task .
- You do not get bored quickly
- Open minded , good computer skills are a must ( word, excel , mail).
- Advanced experience in portal systems like booking.com or Expedia are an advantage but not a must.
- Good sales ability.
- Good English writing ability , you will need to reply to individual requests in English
