Job Description

  • Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
  • Confer with management &department heads to develop and prepare various policies and procedures for different company's departments and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.
  • Develop the recruitment activities through the process of; perform job analysis to write effective job descriptions posting job vacancies, screening cvs, interviewing candidates, testing & assessing them, sending offer letter to the accepted candidates or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff;
  • Communication with external employment agencies/benefits providers/training vendors...etc
  • Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems. Assist in benchmarking positions against market to ensure competitive compensation
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
  • Set and manage the motivation system & benefits programs to ensure effective work operations.
  • Monitor employees’ behaviors & discipline.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, grading system & salaries ‘structures, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Dealing with Social insurance office and other governmental authorities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • HR Diploma OR Certificate is a must
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource Management
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent, writing, presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
