Job Description
The FM Director is responsible for the overall profit and loss of the company
- Ensuring that the top managements are implementing company plans and objectives in line with the approved vision, mission and goals of the company.
- Responsible to develop and grow the business while ensuring policies and procedures adopted by the management are implemented.
- Adoption of the company's mission, vision, goals.
- Lead the necessary change processes to ensure the alignment between performance management, market leadership, financial performance, people, process, structure, and Develop annual work plan and budget in line with the company's strategic directions.
- Periodically review, modify and approve policies and procedures to assess their relevance to the changing of company needs and strengthens company position.

- Define performance goals for Operations/Project Managers, with the immediate focus being on existing projects working well, and monitoring actual performance against these goals.
- Regularly review the performance of the projects in the company in terms of outputs and take remedial or preventative action as necessary.
- Identify and approve resource requirements which will add value to the company and assist in its growth.
