Job Description
- Willing to work in a Sales-force CRM implementation project.
- Software development, programming activities which may require research.
- Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications.
- Provides reasonable task and project effort estimates.
- Ensure timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production.
- Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Creates required technical documentation.
- Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards.
- Collaboratively works with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
- Assists in training and mentoring less experienced peers.

Job Requirements
- This job Requires knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Servers - Work Stations) and Local Area Networks (LAN) & its protocols (e.g. TCP/IP).
- Experience with SQL Server and .Net environments.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software.
