Job Description

General description:

Responsible for all coordination and follow-up plans for sales and marketing of all services which offered by the development of human capacity department, and implementation of visits and meetings customers inside and outside the headquarters of the Institute's work.

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform all of the administrative and organizational work for the unity of marketing and sales.
  • Design and writing technical and financial offers in coordination with the manager.
  • Implementation of the selling plan which set by sales and marketing manager.
  • Perform all operations of distribution, promotion and communication with target customers.
  • Do external visits and meetings for both current and new clients of the Institute.
  • Coordinate sales activities in cooperation with other departments in the institute.
  • Suggest the promote procedures which will improve business performance.
  • Submit periodic reports about sales to marketing and sales manager.
  • Participate in conferences and external exhibitions, which will be attended by the Institute.
  • Any other tasks which assigned to him from institute.

Job Requirements

Capacity and professional skills:

  • High capacities of coordination and organization, good continuous follow-up of all marketing and sales activities.
  • Ability to write reports professionally.
  • Precision and speed in achievement required business.
  • The possibility of travel and accommodation outside Cairo.

Capacity and personal skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adapt with different situations.

Qualifications and required experience:

  • High qualified appropriately, preferably Bachelor of Commerce (specialization required marketing / sales or business management).
  • Practical experience not less than 3 years in sales and marketing training programs.
  • Very good level in using computers and Microsoft applications.
  • Very good level of English Language.
