Job Description
- Service existing accounts, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Making calls & sending emails to the customer.
- Follow up with the customer.
