Job Description
- Welcome & direct visitors about visitor’s procedures and assign an ID for each one.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mails, cargo and couriers.
- Acknowledge employees by visitors who are waiting for them.
- Handle applications and tests to candidates, and arrange their appointments.
- Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in administration or secretarial work or office management.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Giza or 6th October resident.
- Second Language (Preferred)
- Female is a Must.
