Coordinate & review with the Service Center Senior Manager the minimum amount for customer’s purchase orders.
Review with the customer the spare parts required versus the minimum purchase orders amount as agreed on.
Communicate with Planning Manager to ensure the availability of the required spare parts as per the yearly spare parts agreed on between the Service Center Senior Manager, and the customer.
Follow up the collection processes
Coordinate and set the forecast required spare parts.
Follow up with the Planning Manager to ensure that the production output will fulfill the forecast plans.
Follow up and monitor the delivery of the spare parts to the service centre warehouse.
Issue a report to Service Center Senior Manager indicating total net amount of the direct sales of “ Tank, Koldair, Braun, and filters versus target, and compare this figure to the previous year.
