Job Description
- Manage the operations of the business development department and investigate new technologies and approaches that can better enhance the business development operational aspects.
- Coach and train practice team members on business development, lead generation, networking, proposal development..etc.
- Manage the entire business development cycle including the acquisition of new leads.
- Manage all types of opportunities and the proposals thereof including Donor funded, Government funded and Private Sector.
- Lead the achievement of the company's financial objectives from new business opportunities in coordination with all Department Heads.
- Develop and maintain strategic international, regional and local partnerships.
- Maintain partner relations by analyzing and understanding areas of strength of existing partners, periodic communication with partners and stay up to date on partners activities in Egypt and the region.
- Establish contacts with potential partners and develop partnership models for the different services.
Job Requirements
- BA or B.S.c in Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
- A post graduate degree such as MBA, MA etc. is a plus.
- 9+ years of experience in business development and management in international and/or private sector organizations.
- Experience in dealing with international donor organizations (such as USAID, ECD, the World Bank etc..).
- Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
