Manage the operations of the business development department and investigate new technologies and approaches that can better enhance the business development operational aspects.
Coach and train practice team members on business development, lead generation, networking, proposal development..etc.
Manage the entire business development cycle including the acquisition of new leads.
Manage all types of opportunities and the proposals thereof including Donor funded, Government funded and Private Sector.
Lead the achievement of the company's financial objectives from new business opportunities in coordination with all Department Heads.
Develop and maintain strategic international, regional and local partnerships.
Maintain partner relations by analyzing and understanding areas of strength of existing partners, periodic communication with partners and stay up to date on partners activities in Egypt and the region.
Establish contacts with potential partners and develop partnership models for the different services.
