Job Description
- Work with management to identify opportunities for new business and devise sales strategies to ensure effective planning and fulfill monthly and annual sales projections.
- Develop database of client prospects confirming contact details for the appropriate decision maker to whom contact will be initiated
- Proactive sales prospecting and lead generation, making contact with designated prospects by telephone and email and setting up meetings to present the brand and advertising opportunities
- In conjunction with management develop clear, effective and convincing written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers to close as many deals as possible.
- Coordinate with relevant staff to execute client advertising bookings ensuring timely submission of materials by the client and uploading by production team.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current customers and seek feedback from clients continuously, following up on any issues or queries that need to be resolved and expedite the resolution of complaints.
- Keep track of assigned prospects, customers and sales activities using the designated templates and procedures reflecting the potential value of sales and the likelihood of conversion.
- Keep abreast of competitors in terms of coverage and media pricing.
- Represent the organization at social functions, various events, conferences and business meetings, continuously seeking opportunities for business development
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent English language level both spoken and written
- Experience with client relationship management, sales development and securing contracts
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Effective analytical and research skills and the ability to process information
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work pro actively as part of a team
