Job Description
- Customer Service Responsibility: Handling clients requests, inquiries and being aware of the products in hand.
- Warehouse Responsibility: knowing products in the immediate purchase and others that will take time to deliver.
- Data Responsibility: putting the orders in sheets and coming up with reports.
- Logistics Responsibility: Dealing with different couriers inside and outside Egypt as well as with the Accounting Executive in hand.
- Content Responsibility: writing the products' descriptions and anything has to do with creative writing to attract customers.
- Social Media responsibility: the page on Facebook, instagram and other social media channels through putting strategy, scheduling the posts..etc.
- Marketing responsibility: creating promotions and knowing how to advertise for the website/company.
Job Requirements
- Very Good Command of English.
- Excellent written and oral Communication skills.
- Hard-worker.
- Well organized.
- Able to Multi-task.
