Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop professional relationships with Consultants, specifiers and contractors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company’s strategies and goals.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Act as a liaise between the Architects, Construction consultants, Contractors and the team.
- Assist customers with buying decisions
- Provide customers with product and technical advice
- Compile customer profile records.
- Prepare reports for Head Office
- Coordinate projects and meets deadlines
- Prepare project schedule and progress reports
- Prepare contract documents and technical presentations.
- Advise customers through product demonstrations and build customers confidence; offering suggestions
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree of Engineering – Major of Civil /Architects/ Mechanical
- 3-5 year experience in commercial functions
- Project Management diploma is an asset.
General Requirements:
- Fluent English Language
- Computer skills – full awareness of MS applications
- AutoCAD and/or similar applications literate is essential
