Job Description
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Providing the bestselling services to the customer through memorizing the supplies and goods in order to facilitate the sales operation
- Presenting the best customer service to the customer using the appropriate body language and tone of voice.
- Responsible for inventory any shortage after the sales process directly
- Responsible for ordering and organizing his area according to the schedule and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of its goods
- Ensures to transfer all the information and feedback from customers to the direct manager.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain a branch and its contents equipment.
- Implementation of the approved policy sales within the limits of the nature of his work.
- Assistant branch manager in training new employees.
- shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times.

- مساعده العملاء وبناء الثقه بين العملاء وتقديم المقترحات للعميل
- تقديم افضل خدمه للعميل عن طريق حفظ اماكن البضاعه من أجل تسهيل عملية البيع
- عرض افضل خدمه للعملاء باستخدام لغه الجسد ونبره الصوت
- مسئول عن تكمله النواقص من المخزن الناتجه بعد عمليه البيع
- مسؤول عن ترتيب وتنظيم المنطقه الجزء المسئول منه وفقا للجدول الزمني وضمان سلامة ونظافة بضائعها
- يضمن نقل كل تعليقات العملاء الى المدير المسئول
- العمل كفريق والتعاون لتحقيق النتائج المطلوبه
- الحفاظ على ممتلكات ومحتويات المحل
- تنفيذ السياسات البيعيه المعتمده من قبل الاداره فى اطار طبيعه العمل
- مساعده مدير الفرع فى تدريب الموظفين الجدد
- المحافظه على الارفف نظيفه دائما
- تحقيق الترجت الشهرى للمبيعات
- المساعده فى تحقيق الترجت الاساسى للفرع بالتعاون الجماعى.
