Area Sales Manager - Alexandria

Job Summary:

• Managing and Training Sales Supervisors & Sales Rep , monitors their work to achieve the agreed sales target in line with the trade marketing and distribution implementation plan and the required consumer service level for each trade channel.
• Maintains mutually beneficiary relationship with existing and potential trade partners in his area either directly or through Sales Representatives& Area Sales Supervisors.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement a trade coverage plan for the area.
• Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and customer price of products are achieved for the area.
• Develop and implement an area operational plan in line with the regional operational plan..
• Work closely to the District Manager to adapt trade programs.
• Coordinate implementation of brand and trade program in the area, quickly reacting against competitive threats if necessary.
• Implement the trade marketing & distribution strategy in the area.
• Motivate the team to meet them objectives.
• Insure the proposing and applying Medium and long term plans.
• Any other tasks that are related to the main job responsibilities & maybe required by the direct manager.
