Job Summary:
- Managing and Training Sales Supervisors & Sales Rep , monitors their work to achieve the agreed sales target in line with the trade marketing and distribution implementation plan and the required consumer service level for each trade channel.
- Maintains mutually beneficiary relationship with existing and potential trade partners in his area either directly or through Sales Representatives& Area Sales Supervisors.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement a trade coverage plan for the area.
- Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and customer price of products are achieved for the area.
- Develop and implement an area operational plan in line with the regional operational plan..
- Work closely to the District Manager to adapt trade programs.
- Coordinate implementation of brand and trade program in the area, quickly reacting against competitive threats if necessary.
- Implement the trade marketing & distribution strategy in the area.
- Motivate the team to meet them objectives.
- Insure the proposing and applying Medium and long term plans.
- Any other tasks that are related to the main job responsibilities & maybe required by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
- A professional certificate or studies is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Good team-working skills and ability to build strong relationships across the firm.
- Creativity skills and out of the box thinking.
- Performance-driven and results-oriented.
