Job Description
- Review, renew and deploy service contracts for new/existing clients including their requirements and requests in accordance to the company policy (Monthly) as well as keeping a strict up-to-date filing with contracts on the DB
- Communicate and justify special requests/ agreements with strategic accounts to the Maintenance Area Manager for approval – for both contract renewals and corrective maintenance quotation negotiations.
- Planning and maintenance activities under area manager supervisor for his own designated units (own accounts) – including documentation requirements like Service Reports, Invoices, debt aging and collection follow-up,
- Implementing Corrective maintenance tasks after the approval of the client as well as the submittal of removed parts/equipments/electrical boards back to the client or delivery to the Central Maintenance Workshop and follow-up,
- Fulfill all the Service Report documentation requirements (including various equipment data status, running time and various other comments in the checklist provided by the company),
- Provide coaching and training to the client unit staff on best practices and preventative actions for decreasing user-induced stoppage time or technical failures,
- Support Sales Team in DEMO by installment equipment
- Receive impaired equipment to maintenance company workshop for repair
- Issuing new quotations , cost estimate for services & spare parts to customers
- Repair equipment after customer quotation approval
- Delivered product to customer & accomplish documents of installation & operation
Job Requirements
- Biomedical or Electrical Graduate
- Good command of English Language (Written/Spoken).
- 0-3 years experience in the same industry/Lines of Medical equipment.
