Job Description: 

Generate leads and achieve target:

  • Selling training programs to corporate
  • Preparing technical & financial proposals to customers
  • Achieve financial target.
  • Generate leads and help the agency to raise its client’s base.
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with business development team leader
  • Make Sure that all client data are on CRM with specific details and notifications.
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams in all company services.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
  • Collaborates with team leader to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

Account Management:

  • Manage all client accounts in the team.
  • Make sure that clients are satisfied of services needed.
  • Do the best to raise client consumption of services.
