Job Description
Be part of a dynamic design and build company. At Now Design, our site supervisor is the one who consistently delivers,on time and within budget, projects that far exceed client expectations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reconstruction, construction and closeout execution plans,
- Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications,
- Identify construction approaches and risks to ensure efficiency,
- Assist in soliciting and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for labor, material and equipment,
- Oversee the activities and maintenance of project schedules and sequencing logic,
- Monitor project progress,
- Resolve work sites issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide daily reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, schedules and means and methods,
- Innovative problem solving
- Ability to prioritize and develop work schedules with multiple trades,
- Demonstrate confidence in spotting construction productivity issues
- Ability to build relationships, lead others into action and work under pressure,
- Good IT
- Knowledge of project management and scheduling software.
