We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.
You will be responsible for offering Etisalat products and services to our corporate clients base in UAE.
The job objective is to help the company grow by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Telecommunication background experience is preferred.

Proven 2-3 years experience as a Telesales Representative.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
English speaking candidates only can apply (95% of our client base are English speakers only).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
