About the Job
  • Manages an organization's total quality function.
  • Responsible for planning total quality policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications.
  • Oversees development of new testing tools, methods and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards.
  • To be able to document, monitor, track, and submit laboratory data.
  • Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections.
  • Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties.
  • Leads and directs the work of others.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks
  • Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in the same field or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the management of quality control & quality assurance, and in the pharmaceutical and international cosmetics.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
