Job Description
Capstone Group, an international development and consulting firm with a presence in Nasr City, is looking for a motivated and experienced Software engineer to join our team. You should be passionate about delivering compelling web experiences, believe in the power of simplicity, excel in critical thinking, and have a track record of applying appropriate technologies to deliver elegant solutions to technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- From the outset, you will be part of an innovative team committed to providing the best online design and delivery experience for our clients.
- You will evaluate potential solution sets to requirements, make optimized development recommendations that align with our overall platform architecture, and then turn your vision in rock-solid implementations.
- You will work in a dynamic and creative team environment where you will be called on to deliver answers, not just write code.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Experience leading a team of 5 or more members
- Experience dealing directly with Customers and handling their requirements.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Expert in 3 Tiers Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Expert in C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF
- Expert in SQL Server
- Experience with HTML5
- Knowledge of XML and JSON
- Strong leadership, organizational, and English communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice To Have:
- Experience Developing CRM system
