Job Description
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT services and systems
- Manage ERP implementation & administration
- Linux servers administration
- Prepare and control IT budget and expenditure
- Ensure technology is accessible, controllable, and available with current hardware and software
- Troubleshoot all hardware, software and network operating system
- Provide orientation, training, and support to all users of existing technology
- Maintain and develop all IT infrastructure elements
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software licenses and all IT resources
- Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum utilization with optimum cost
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in engineering
- Project management skills - PMP preferred
- Strong open source knowledge
- Strong business cycle knowledge
- Experience in ERP implementations
- Experience in implementing VOIP, Fax, DHCP, Firewall, VPN, Cloud servers
- Experience in Linux and windows platforms
- Effective written communications skills
- Time management skills
