Job Description
- Handle sales-support tasks and minor technical issues & queries.
Job Requirements
- Must have travel industry background.
- Must have worked/knowledge of wholesale booking systems such as Hotel beds, GTA, DOTW, etc.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge on other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese is added advantage.
- Knowledge in excel, power point, photo shop etc.., is an advantage.
- Knowledge of XML language & integrations (client & supplier integrations, PUSH & PULL integrations) is a plus.
- Knowledge on B2B & B2C distribution channels.
- Must be willing to travel and work on shifts.
