Job Description
- Act as a backup and support for customers in the Middle East , other regions to be added as we go.
- Type of business is B to B
- Tour operator experience is a must in either outgoing or inbound travel.
Job Requirements
- Must have travel industry background.
- Must have worked/knowledge of wholesale booking systems such as Hotel beds, GTA, DOTW, etc.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge on other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese is added advantage
- Computer Skills is a must.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts.
