About the Job

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks and associated responsibilities:

  • Making direct telephone contact with enterprise business prospects (Company's targeted clients in North America) to introduce and qualify prospects as potentials customers for the eBSEG Omni-channel platform
  • Exercise diligent interaction and follow up activities which includes booking appointments that you will source and qualify on behalf of senior eBSEG executives, for the purpose of promoting the services and products of eBSEG and booking meetings for senior eBSEG sales executives
  • Create, write, and edit whitepapers, brochures, presentations, press releases and email marketing content
  • Promoting eBSEG content through ALL social media channels and have a familiarity with creating email marketing campaigns to executives at target prospect companies
  • Have the ability and know how associated with translating technical capabilities into business benefits when communicating and writing content directed at prospects
  • Have an eye for detail with an understanding of how to build and convert a digital audience into viable leads for eBSEG sales executives
  • Job Roles: Business development, Outbound Sales, Marketing, Content creation and related customer interaction activities
  • Create and write compelling business content and press releases using proper and formal written English
  • Create and draft content (using written English) to be included in email marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how to send content to prospects using tools like mail-chimp and like technologies
  • Create and draft (using written English) content for press-releases, to be published electronically
  • Create and formulate corporate presentations in English, for various eBSEG solutions, that clearly convey the value proposition of the technology
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+ and others

Job Requirements

In addition to below, professional experience should include:

  • 3-5+ years of writing experience (software/technology writing will be considered a big plus!)
  • 3+ years’ experience managing corporate social media accounts and email marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Previous and proven phone based prospecting and sales, outbound customer service relating to enterprise technology and related sales experience;
  • Excellent spoken and written command of English is A MUST;
  • Strong reading comprehension;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a convincing personality, a positive attitude and a true desire to help clients to achieve their business focused goals;
  • Confidence in speaking with senior business professionals including managers, directors and C-level executives and owners;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) with a developed ability to create power point presentations that demonstrate the value associated with the companies technology products and related services
  • Experience in creating a full spectrum of B2B content: corporate website (blog), press releases, social media and like B2B content
  • A proven ability to demonstrate a consistent tone, spelling, grammar and accuracy for your (and others within the organization when rerquested) written English content with the ability to demonstrate superior proofreading skills
  • Must demonstrate a professional and friendly interpersonal manner
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, highly ambitious and able to work effectively on a sustainable manner;
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Due to the Time Difference between Egypt & North America, the expected work schedule will be from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM during Summer months and  1:00 PM to 9:00 PM during Winter months
