Job Description
- SAO is the (Strategic Accounts Operations Department).
- Deliver quarterly & full year plan.
- Ensure 100% of customers’ complaints in the system (CCMS) + customer care calls. 100% timely responses to the Lean Care system
- Account profile 100% of my list before end of the year
- Customers visits to the all accounts, once per month. 100% Accounts coverage according to AMP.
- Make sure sales “ORS and annuity” product mix “ OPB, OSG, PSG and XWF.

- Communication Ability to effectively communicate using a range of verbal and written communication skills. Especially important is the ability to communicate appropriately within a diverse multi-cultural environment and across the full range of business disciplines.

- Personal Characteristics, self motivated, Fluent English, required. Adequate PC literate, high presentation skills. Highly results driven
- Change Orientation Able to work within a very fast changing environment and to manage in situations where there is a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty.
- 4-6 years successful sales track of integrated solutions and services in a systems or Banking environment or relevant business industry, complex sale cycle know how is a must.
