Job Description
- Analysis of contractual terms and conditions.
- Inspection of records and contractual notices.
- Identification of contractual route for the recovery ,of costs and loss of profit.
- Preparation of contractual correspondence and delay notices.
- Presentation and negotiation of the claim.
- Working as contract administrator and claim consultants.
- Attending all amicable settlement meetings in order to resolve disputes amicably prior to any legal; or arbitrary proceedings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Professional Courses in Contracts administration and construction law will be a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with FIDIC contract forms
