Job Description

  • Support the HR department in the administration duties.
  • Meet Candidates and clients.
  • Receive calls on service desk during main working hours.
  • Handel the meeting rooms.
  • Assign issues to the internal team accordingly to the needed items.
  • Generate a weekly and Monthly report to the floor managers.
  • Abide to company processes and standards.
  • Make suggestions for process improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
