Job Description
- Your role is to serve " OSN customers from Gulf as well as A class Egyptians", providing necessary support and advises "Via Phone".
- You will answer smartly the questions of the customers and provide prompt feedback and support.
Job Details:
- All Arab nationalities ( who can handle Arabic calls ).
- Rotation Shifts.
- 2700 Gross + 1000 KPIS EGP.
- Maximum shift for females 10 pm.
- Working hours 8,one hour break
- Males 12 AM and 3/4 over time
- On board agents will be serving OSN customers from Gulf as well as A class Egyptians.
