Job Description
Telecommunication Account Advisor:
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and by email.
- Listen carefully to customers complains.
- Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Provide Technical support for customers on minor GSM technical issues.
