Job Description
- Build target customer database through networking and research
- Conduct corporate sales calls and meetings
- Present the company and its products and services in client meetings
- Effectively use marketing tools to promote for the company and the brand.
- Utilize existing clients database to generate more sales through cross and up selling.
- Manage direct sales / marketing campaigns to gain more clients.
- Maintain solid client relations.
- Represent the company in trade fairs and exhibitions as needed.
- Deal with operational department to issue quotations and insurance policies
- Follow-up client payments and collections
- Insure client retention and keeping good relations
- Prepare periodical sales and production reports.
- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration
- MBA, Post graduate studies in Business / Marketing is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in the fields of sales or account management
- Previous experience in insurance / Banking in specific and in a financial institution at large is a plus.
- Presentable and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
