Job Description

  • Prepare and conducts service presentations to the customer.
  • Meet and exceeds predetermined sales goals and objectives and reports on progress weekly.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time.
  • Outside business to business sales experience
  • Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
  • Sustain and broaden relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sustain and broaden relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of sales presentations to superior executive officers.
  • Meet and exceeds predetermined sales goals and objectives and reports on progress weekly.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails and visits

Job Requirements

    • Previous sales experience in HR business field.
    • Minimum 3+ years of proven track record of successful sales and/or business results.
