Job Description
- Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to present the company’s services.
- Direct the training and/or recruitment request to the division in charge.
- Monitor the sales activities and perform sales forecasting.
- Meet the financial target of the business development division.
- Keeping records of clients and employers.
- Participate in the hiring and selection process for business development executives/telesales agents to expand the business development team when needed.
- Generate insights about market needs during sales meetings/calls.
- Works cooperatively with the marketing division to reach a wider awareness to the target segment.
- Maintain good relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Perform the needed orientation for new employees within the division – know how.
- Provide performance appraisals/reports with recommendation to guarantee the personal development, learning curve, and knowledge transfer within the team on regular basis.
- Arrange one to one sessions on monthly basis for the team to get and provide feedback with recommendations.
- Actively support revenue generation through identification of new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, utilizing effective communication, with colleagues, clients, and third-party suppliers.
- Provide training, support, mentoring, and guidance to team members as required.
- Teams and facilitation of Kick-off of projects.
- Help in department general business development and marketing activities whenever needed.
