Job Description

  • Greet & welcome customers in a proper manner.
  • Receive & direct telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Provide guests with projects flyers & fill application form.
  • Welcome interviewees & provide them with a candidate application form.
  • Direct guests to appropriate channels.
  • Reply to guests’ general inquiries.
  • Responsible for the planning and preparation of meeting rooms.
  • Receive & direct telephone messages.
  • Reply to customers’ general inquiries on the project.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate sales person.
  • Responsible for preparing sales staff schedule.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all soft correspondence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of: Business Administration or equivalent
  • Years of experience in the same field: 0 – 2 years
  • English Language Proficiency: Good
  • Computer skills required: Good MS office skills
