About the Job
  • Monitoring and maintaining the IP network, servers
    and any telecommunications equipment.
  • Troubleshooting the network, makes repairs and gets the system back up as quickly as possible.
  • Handling customers' complaints/inquiries.
  • Provision customer network services on core equipment and provide support services.
  • Handle cases and Trouble Tickets and follow the appropriate escalation process.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering or similar field.
  • Having good technical knowledge in a related work field is a bonus.
  • CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
  • Very good English language (writing and speaking).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team worker.
