Job Description
- Monitoring and maintaining the IP network, servers
and any telecommunications equipment. - Troubleshooting the network, makes repairs and gets the system back up as quickly as possible.
- Handling customers' complaints/inquiries.
- Provision customer network services on core equipment and provide support services.
- Handle cases and Trouble Tickets and follow the appropriate escalation process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering or similar field.
- Having good technical knowledge in a related work field is a bonus.
- CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
- Very good English language (writing and speaking).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team worker.
