Job Description

  • Identify and formulate goals required to adjust the performance of senior management office.
  • Organizing company’s meetings in/out the office
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Oversee internal processes to always ensure the most efficient systems are in place
  • Maintain a strong culture and internal engagement
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Logistical support for events, trips and meetings.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • English is a must
  • Management Skills
