Job Description
- Identify and formulate goals required to adjust the performance of senior management office.
- Organizing company’s meetings in/out the office
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Oversee internal processes to always ensure the most efficient systems are in place
- Maintain a strong culture and internal engagement
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Logistical support for events, trips and meetings.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience
