Job Description

  • Check daily online bookings in the system .
  • Handle all Daily Travel agents requests .
  • Work on all reservations created to get better rates.
  • Handle on request bookings and get it confirmed. 
  • Find new resources for better rates 
  • Make telephone calls to the potential customers.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
  • Very good English - read and write.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Ability to work after hours if needed.
  • The ability to compete rates and dig for the best offers for the request. 
  • Understand the service concept of travel industry
  • Understand the service we present to our travel agents. 
  • Good Communication and Negotiation Skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Reservation agents will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand.
  • Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.
