Job Description
A leading multinational leisure and holiday exchange company with over 1 million members’ worldwide and 10000 members in the Middle East is currently looking for a Call Center Consultants (USA Account) for immediate hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled (Outbound Calls)
- Create, manage and update database profiles with the relevant information
- Promote and SELL the company’s products, different offers and discounts
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support

Job Requirements
- Call Center Experience for at least 1 year, preferably in an international account.
- Tourism experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a MUST written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure and toward targets
- Enthusiastic, Energetic with a very positive attitude.
