Job Description
We are looking for highly creative senior and intermediate designers who are passionate about design and take leadership in design concept.
Main Duties:
- Will use their high level technical/computer design skills to turn ideas into reality.
- Describe architectural ideas by sketching and computer modeling in necessity.
Job Requirements
These positions requires:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written.
- Technical skills in sketch up, Manual Presentation tools and adobe creative suite skills are required, while Revit/ ArchiCad knowledge is a big plus.
- 5-7 years of architecture/ Landscape architecture Design experience required
- Ability to work independently and in teamwork environment is a must
- Ability to communicate ideas in an efficient and inspiring way
- Great leadership skills to lead the design team
- Able to quickly and readily generate concepts in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in conceptual design, schematic design, space planning and presentation are necessary
